What are your product sizing details?
ALPHX uses Precision Fit: your waist sets your size and your thighs set your fit family.
Waist sizes: XS 25–27″, S 28–30″, M 31–33″, L 34–37″, XL 38–41″ and 2XL 42–45″.
Modern Fit (XS to 2XL): standard leg opening and tailored seat, ideal for slim to average thighs.
Athletic Fit (S to XL): roomier leg opening and expanded seat, ideal for muscular or larger thighs. Available in Boxer Briefs, Trunks and Union Pants. Briefs come in Modern Fit only.

How does Athletic Fit differ from Modern Fit?
Both fits use the same waist sizing, so a size M waist is the same in either one. The difference is room through the thighs and seat.
Athletic Fit: roomier leg opening and expanded seat, with the same secure, supportive waist. Designed to prevent leg squeeze and ride-up without feeling loose or oversized. Available in Boxer Briefs, Trunks and Union Pants.
Modern Fit: standard leg opening and a tailored seat for a close, streamlined fit. Available in every style, and the only fit for Briefs.

How do I choose Relaxed, Optimal or Secure?
After you pick your waist size and fit family, these describe how you want it to feel.
Relaxed gives a little extra room and soft, easy movement.
Optimal is the exact balance, snug without restriction.
Secure is locked in, with maximum hold and zero shift.
If you're unsure, Optimal is the place to start.
What if I'm between sizes?
Start with the waist range that includes your measurement. If you sit at the edge of a range, or your thighs are near the top of the range for your size, size up. Still unsure? The Find Your Fit quiz uses your waist and thigh measurements to point you to the right size.
Will ALPHX feel like slick or compression underwear?
No. ALPHX is made from a midweight cotton-modal blend (56% cotton, 38% modal, 6% elastane, 155 GSM) with a soft, brushed, matte feel. It has controlled stretch with structure, and it isn't slick, shiny or compression-tight. If you prefer slick performance fabrics or compression-style underwear, ALPHX will feel different by design: softer, more natural and more breathable.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Domestic orders:
Free returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed items in original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
International orders:
Returns are accepted within 30 days, but return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
If we made a mistake with your order, we’ll make it right.
When will I receive my order?
