Returns & Exchanges
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders typically ship within 1–2 business days. Delivery times vary by location but average 3–5 business days in the U.S. Read our full policy here.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes — we ship worldwide.
We offer free or discounted international shipping based on your order value and destination. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout using our discounted carrier rates.
Free shipping thresholds:
- Canada & UK: Free shipping on orders $100+ USD
- EU & Australia: Free shipping on orders $120+ USD
- Other regions: Discounted DHL rates shown at checkout
Most international orders arrive within 6–12 business days and include tracking.
Duties or taxes may apply depending on your country and will be shown at checkout when applicable.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow your delivery in real time.
You can also log into your ALPHX account at any time to view your order status and tracking details.
Tracking typically updates within 12–24 hours after shipment as carriers scan the package into their system.
If you don’t see your tracking email, please check your spam folder or contact us and we’ll be happy to help.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items in original condition.
U.S. customers:
- Free return shipping
- Free size exchanges
- No restocking fees
Refunds are issued to your original payment method once your return is received and inspected.
International customers:
Returns are accepted within 30 days, but return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping fees, duties, and taxes are non-refundable.

If your size or style isn’t quite right, we’ll make it easy to switch. We also honor the price you originally paid, so if your item was purchased during a promotion or with a discount code, your exchange will be protected even if the offer has ended.
